Sorry to break the news but as a B5 in operations you are among the most expendable employees in the organization. Your year end compensation will likely be very low, with the hope that you will contribute toward the attrition goal that your executive has committed to for the year to meet his goals max his annual bonus.

You have new employees coming in making 3 dollars more than someone 10 yrs. They don't care about their people l, total lip service. I told my boss i was frustrated about something and she told me she couldn't have that! Seriously d-mb! Its an emotion not a threat on someone's life. They speak out of both ends..you are nothing to them.
They play favorites consistently and my previous boss cussed like a sailor in meetings. Now thats class! I have no respect for BOA, stinky raises and su-k bosses. It used to be a better place to work.

From BoA own Linkedin account post:
"Over the past few years, childcare prices have continued to rise. According to Bloomberg, average annual cost is over $39K, and it’s even higher in major cities like NYC, where it costs over $45K."

Of course the tone deaf management at BoA does not care at all about its workers. A great place to work is nothing but lip service. Pay increases for inflation? Don't make us laugh.

To the poster criticizing the other about costs of childcare - you are why so many talented and dedicated industry counterparts absolutely refuse to even consider Bank of America as a platform to work at and support. Perhaps you didn’t have to shift into “being all things all the time” when Covid shut down the world for parents. Perhaps your base salary is enough to absorb the historic inflation that Bank of America refused to acknowledge with its compensation package adjustments. Good for you. But to the overwhelming majority of our employee team, this is not the case, and your lack of recognition of that fact, is wrong. Hopefully you are not at management levels.

"can't cover babysitting".... and that is why we can't have nice things. Folks working from home were trying to parent while working and not producing.

Your manager will communicate your comp information in mid January.
In order to compare you will need to know What/How rating and Band, helps to know if you are an individual contributor or if you have people management responsibility.
Don’t be surprised to find wide variation depending on the level of engagement people have with their direct manager, and skip manager. Despite the employee engagement nonsense, favorite employees will have better results- which is why you will be asked to keep your numbers confidential.

I would gladly take 0% raise and bonus for full WFH because the tiny increase can't cover baby sitting, commute and work clothes budget.

Come on do you really expect this level of detailed info given the variables?
