Do they inform employees of both next week? Anyone find out early? Raises effective March 1? Do they retropay for first 2 months?

Comp talks are Jan 16-19.
Most countries are a part of the accelerated year end meaning bonus will be paid end of January paycheck. If you get a merit increase, it’s effective March 1st.

Raises expected Mar 1st, and you should know about that & Bonus by the 17th. There's no retroactive bonus for the first 2 months of 2024 because your performance hasn't been evaluated for that timeframe. Gotta wait until next year for that.
I'd be more worried about their 401K match which is stubbornly held back until April of the following year to control attrition (and then folks are fired when its convenient). Terrible!
