What did you say to get the extra 3 months
you absolutely can. I asked and got an extra 3 months.
I'd take less (half) if the company allowed volunteered layoffs
I swear, our entitled millennial slackers sure do have a dramatically delusional sense of entitlement.
Sorry… nobody is going to get more than the Sub package.
Definitely. Also ask for an extra week vacation, a more flexible work schedule and better projects. Oh- and a career development plan.
What more could one need than to put this place in the rearview mirror?
They don't have incentive to give any of us our bonuses or 401K matches unless we organize via What's App or a class action email group. They are completely counting on none of us being smart or brave enough to do so.
Let's just be clear about that.
yes you can but you need some good pic / evidence of wrong doing against you first. Haha ::)))

We don't get severance, we get supplementary unemployment benefits.
At the very least I’d ask for another tshirt that doesn’t fit that I can give my kid
Sure you can. And ask for a raise, too, while your at it.
Wish for both with one hand and sh*t in the other and see which hand fills up first.
If the bonus is not mentioned by your manager during the lay-off call/meeting with you, ask about it before ending the call/meeting.
What is your bargaining position? The company has no reason or incentive to give you more. Take it or leave it.
