You can’t blame BNYM for poor communications when you never placed your home email in the Mysource portal, don’t know your EIN, don’t know your manager’s email or phone number, etc.
HR is working hard to find and help you. Keep calling, but take this as a life lesson about personal affairs management. Disorganization will really harm you more and more every year.
