I do Uber in my free time until I get another job. Does this stop my SUB pay? If I don't report this to TMS, will they know? So many things are going on in my head, and I'm not sure where to start or End. Also, if I do Uber, they will know it later. Do I need to pay back? Sorry for this kind of question.

Maybe they're trying to make a damn living and cover the cost of their expenses not game the system..not everyone is as privileged as you id--ts commenting. Consider yourself lucky to not know what it's like to struggle
Yes it’ll make an impact if you game the system. Getting over has been a real obsession amongst our slackers. It’s very sad to see.
@2ywh, it's hardly gaming the system when they already had part time work outside of BNYM.
Lovely… do we only hire people who want to game every system? Even to the point of gaming jobs to hide earnings under the radar?

If you already worked for Uber before the layoff you are fine.
Our layed off employees are always scheming for more. Getting over on the man… sad
You may still qualify for UE even if you work part time. If you are eligible for UE, you are eligible for SUB.
I would not do that to be safe unless you are driving for your dad’s Uber account. The language on the sub pay says as soon as you have another job you have to call the management company that the bank has outsourced to handling the sub pay, and this will end the sub pay.
Uber like any employer would need to submit your earnings to be subjected to taxation. Have your dad sign up to drive for Uber and drive him if you must.
