@2fxq, seems like we'd be required to attend 3 out of 5 town halls in person.
Return-to-office mandate is clearly showing signs of backfiring. Several SMEs from our team recently resigned due to unrealistic demands from management. At this rate we’re going to lose two major accounts. If this ain’t a wake up call then what is. BTW, services we provide to our clients are processed on-time every time without delay remotely. Only difference is we’re not spending multiple hours in our day commuting to empty building to please some leadership who feels we should roll back the clock to pre-covid times and for what rhyme or logical reason.
He just loves those Price is Right town hall meetings with the soft ball questions. Can't imagine the amount of money spent on those circuses.
It's when you don't see the writing on the wall that you run into bricks — RV is out of his league.
Robin Vince is doing a great job. He has weeded out the employees who fought RTO, those who played ID swiping schemes, put in place work monitoring, etc.
He’s doing a great job… even though employees seem to hate him for making them (gasp) actually go to work again.
RV, don’t let anyone think that you’re loser. It is an achievement. Be proud of who you are.
A looser in a winner’s position
He doesn't care. All he needs is to hang around long enough to get his golden parachute and then go be a seagull manager somewhere else.
This company is like a kindergarten run by Kafka.
