What are your impressions of the town hall meeting? I perceived a strong sense of accountability and commitment to positive change with Richard's involvement. Do you agree?

Was that a sarcastic joke?
King of Prussia closed a couple of years ago and many of them were fully remote until recently. Now at least some are required to go back into a nearby office. This doesn’t look good for Oriskany unless they find another office within a commutable distance for Oriskany and Syracuse.
@2rkc, just like they always try to move IT people into management positions. Although, most could do it a lot better than current management.
I find it interesting that they are pushing their employees to learn more about AI, Power BI, data analytics, etc. yes we should all want to improve and it would benefit ourselves first and foremost but bot everyone is technically inclined. So rather than expecting your laymen employees with no technical experience to improve the bank, why not hire the proper technical expertise to move the bank forward?
As someone from Oriskany, I encourage the rest of you to pay attention since you don’t. Oriskany wasn’t only location to close. Chicago did before us, Texas and Florida after us as well as others. Stop acting like we were the only ones. And I agree it is bs they’re doing this to all positions. Not just here
They’re gonna analyze the data!
I like how he showed the 2% reduction in staff over the last few months without actually mentioning the 2% reduction in staff. He and Robin make a great duo; they should go on tour together.
OP - if by positive change you mean reducing positions by probably half and moving almost all existing jobs to Lake Mary and India (those that aren’t eliminated due to Gordon’s push for AI) - sure, it’s REALLY positive. Just ask people in Oriskany for their positive thoughts.
Were you watching the townhall meeting or doing wishful thinking?
