I’m constantly receiving extra work from my colleagues while my manager keeps making excuses, especially when there are higher-level colleagues who do less and get away with it. This is how great employees leave the bank.
Fair and equal treatment and pay for work done is non-existent here.

This was what caused me to quit. In the middle of layoffs, our teams work was getting overwhelming. As a manager, I was the main point of contact for so many people but when my manager hired 3 people a level above me with no managerial duties and away from the “front lines”, I knew that no matter how much extra work i did, I was never going to be compensated fairly. That was when I realized the external job offer I got showed I was being underpaid for many years.
If you need to get something done, give it to the busy person, not the whiners.
Seems to be well written to me, seems like someone needs to work on their reading comprehension……
You must still be at BNYM, doesn’t seem like you have anything better to do other than troll message boards.
Old saying, "20% of the people do 80% of the work."
Please rewrite coherently so that we can understand your ambiguity.
