I very recently resigned and I do not want to roll it over (I was previously with PNC and they had a number to cash out one's 401K [yes, I am well aware of a penalty for early withdrawal]). I just need the number or e-mail. Thanks a lot!

Use the long Voya URL. Trust me.

Takes you to BNYN’s 401K Voya cumstomers
It’s so easy to withdraw from the Voya 401K, contributions and matches.
I honestly question our younger employees. I predict a rough life for the kids of the helicopter Moms going forward.
You can’t simply fail to organize and file your important benefits documents and then, when you’ve lost track of them, blame the Bank for “No Transparency” into your documents, filed along with your old comic books and Mad Magazines.
Terrible lack of transparency
Be prepared, you’ll need to fill out lots of paperwork and get it notarized.
They claimed what I had submitted hadn’t been notarized (it was). They were of course quite flexible… kidding.
Just brace yourself for some level of frustration.

And you probably want to use this link so voya knows what company you're with

My dealings with voya were anything BUT easy. And don't count on getting your payment electronically.
Thanks so much!

I just went through the process a few months ago and it was very easy. It takes about 7 days for the money to hit your bank account and Voya automatically deducts the early withdrawal penalty.
Good luck!
