C’Mon man…. Let’s have the real truth here. What did you do to tweak him off?

This would be better than many other companies who use peakon. I spoke with a workday consultant (workday owns peakon) and she said one of the first requests they get when setting up a new customer is how to remove the anonymity of survey.

@OP

If you’re going to use an ultra obscure TLA you might want to learn how to use it correctly.

I am a manager and can confirm also what the manager in this thread has written is correct, the comments can't be surpressed and are visible to managers above you. What is worth adding, is a manager needs to have 5 colleagues below you complete the survey to see the comments, otherwise the comments can only be read higher up. So in my case, I have 6 reports. I can only see the comments if at least 5 of my team respond, otherwise they just go to my manager and above.

Couldn’t care less about productivity anymore. It’s just a way for me to pay my bills - just like I’m a random employee number to them

Productivity is going down the drain with all slackers and old timers who know how to game the system;

Just meet RTO need of the division and getting away not doing any productive work

If you are a good writer, try to write your comments like a grade schooler. If you’re based in the UK, write like an American and vice versa. Use ChatGPT if you can’t do this yourself. Otherwise your manager will probably be able to identify you.

Manager here. It is in fact anonymous. Managers cannot tell who comments or rates a certain way, except if a particular comment is specific enough to associate with someone. Someone else in this thread said that Peakon comments can be suppressed. That’s false. All comments and ratings are visible by the direct manager and those above the manager. Still anonymous.

Are these really not anonymous? Can any managers share? You see the individual scores?

If your manager’s manager is in protect mode like mine was, your scores/comments won’t be seen.

They don’t share what they should. And it’s not anonymous either

It will be interesting to see the story they tell when the results are shared. Plenty of comments in mine!
