Nobody here is being let go by “big orgs getting away with illegal firing practices”.

Just come to work and do he job that you were hired to do. It really isn’t all that hard.

There is no "Separation Agreement". There is a "Separation Documents" and a personalized "Letter Agreement".

The separation agreement is basically a NDA giving the bank the right to reclaim the redundancy payment if the ex-employee shares the agreement. No on who signed one would share it publically. In essence you sign away any right to recourse in exchange for a payout. This is how big orgs get away with illegal firing practices.
