My Guess is anyone who is close to retirement on the BB side puts in there papers. Anyone who is younger will transform to the consumer side or go find another job at another bank. The support roles are more hard to predict. The small biz side has the CRA which is SSA like but from my understanding has a lot higher goals than the BB SSA.

Going to be interesting to see hide many relationship managers leave because of this. Also curious how this will impact SSAs
