TSG was better before Sabet joined. He brought in his IT accountants and they ruined it. They just don't care about user outcomes, only $$$ and KPI's.

useless excel using folks at TSG. they create their own processes when there are already existing ones across the bank. and half of them are remote based. cough miami
Current regime at TSG is very different than their predecessors. There used to be people with talent and integrity
It's funny that in the earnings call Robin mentioned how customers told him they want solutions, not a bunch of individual services. It's the same with application developers dealing with TSG. But instead we need to figure out how to submit DOZENS of individual requests just to get a simple web app up and running.
App dev can and do any TSG job. TSG cannot do app dev.
