Missing RTO by 1 day?

I missed RTO by one day last period for the first time due to an oversight on my part. Will I be terminated?

They clearly took accountability and said it was an oversight on their part.

It is next to impossible to miss your days. We have so many days to use WFA, IOE, safe and sick, vacation, caregiver…you could take 1/2 the year off. If you miss now you should be fired. Don’t tell me the in office tracker doesn’t work. You should review it every Monday to ensure it is accurate, if not open a my HR ticket and they fix it. No one wants to come into the office but they’ve at least made it reasonable with the number of days available…

Utilize one of your work from anywhere days / sick days / in office exception days. You still have time.

Add a sick or vacation day - you have two weeks

Work out how many exceptions you need to reduce office days and raise them asap. Use a mix of reasons if possible. Then you will be ok.
Make sure you track closely in future.

Retroactively do enough in office exceptions to get you to 60% or you’re in big hurt the next time. Two strikes, you’re out.

You should work to get it fixed if it’s not too late. You won’t be fired after 1 instance but you will be in below expectations for your review for the mid-year and YE. I’m guessing this will impact your raise and if they do unplanned layoffs you might be at the top of the list. It’ll take two issues with RTO to be outright fired.

You can't backtrack on WFA days.. but you can with the 'in office' exception.

Add in work from anywhere day(s) to reduce the days in office
