All good gimmicks come to an end. Talk is he was forced to leave. Important to stay humble and grounded. When ambition becomes toxic, it doesn’t end well. Hope they replace outgoing leaders with thoughtful technologists who understand business challenges. Self promoting execs can only last so long. Hope Things get better in org , there is just too much turbulence.

He did the neurodiversity thing which, ok cool. Other than that in my 7 years I never heard of anything he or his group has done. I know he is well liked by his team but it’s probably because he protected a lot of useless jobs and made them all feel falsely valuable.
