Whoa.. just looked at other financial institutions career pages and noticed many give employees 25 vacation days.. and 30 at 10 years. I’ve been at BofA for 12 years now and still only get 20 vacation days. And yea, they have personal days, but so do the other companies 😳 Oh! And it looks like they get bonuses… not stock that pays out Pennies every year for the next 15 years ugh!

Bofa is still better than Wells, who only gives 18 vacation, 2 personal and no sick days (unless you live in a state that mandates sick days) until you hit the 3yr mark.
I buy 5 every year, use all 25 and use all 5 personal days. if I'm lucky I get sick and use the sick days too... never leave your time on their table
