Any direction whether all promotions are annual? What about non-manager title. From associate 2 to senior associate. If in one role 3 or 4 years can you be reviewed to be moved to the next level

If you’re not getting meaningful promotions every few years then you’re not working at a job which is aligned with your education and aptitude. Suggest that you read “What Color is my Balloon”.
Honest self reflection can work wonders.

No need to be a tw*t about it. Its a fair enough question to ask.
So funny to think after 3 or 4 years in a role you expect promotion. There's people here 20 years at same grade.
If you want promotion apply for another role or another organisation.

Annual only unless you apply for internal mobility.
They’re only yearly depending on what group you’re. NYC gets whatever they want and doesnt have to wait unlike the rest of us peons
