Anyone still gotten theirs yet? My manager said the deadline for doing that is sometime mid July, I’m worried

Your management teams are busy looking over mid-year reviews to determine their targets for a 10% forced ranked populus (i.e. planned terminations) Chances are mid-years will be a little late as they (management) are below 10% and are playing forced ranking poker with employee's livelihoods to get to their desired number. If you are reading this, I sincerely hope you don't fall prey to "the game"
The deadline for mid year conversations is July 12th.
