I've seen BNYM horrors... horrors that you've seen. But you have no right to force rank me. You have a right to fire me, lay me off. You have a right to do that... but you have no right to falsely judge ‘does not meets’ on me. It's impossible for words to describe what is necessary to those who do not know what horror means. Horror... Horror has a woke board of directors... and you must make a friend of horror. Horror and Robin Vince are your friends. If they are not, then they are enemies to be feared. They are truly enemies! I remember when I was with Asset Servicing..... seems a thousand centuries ago. We went into an onboarding project to innovate some new clients. We left the project after we had successfully onboarded the clients for direct real time messaging and then this client services lady came running after us and she was crying. She couldn't see any RTO metrics dashboards. We went back there, and they had come and SWIFT’ed , email instructed , over-agiled and Fax enabled every onboarded client. There they were in a pile. A pile of manual clients and low IQ fanged PODs all over them. And I remember... I... I... I cried, I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out; I didn't know what I wanted to do! And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it... I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought, my God... the genius of that! The genius! The will to do that! RTO to force you to handhold clients while then moving it all to India where they specialize in manual handholding as a zero maturity level!! Perfect, genuine, complete, crystalline, pure. And then I realized the senior management were stronger than we, because they could stand that. These were not monsters, these were mindless lazy men... trained Outlook communication only clipboard drones. These men who fought all common sense , degraded clients and reality with their $300k salaries, who had big bonuses, who had immense parachutes and stock options, who were filled with road apples and endless buzzwords like ‘AI’.... but they had the strength... the strength!!!... to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men and women, our troubles and agony here would be over very quickly. We would be out of business or sold or merged because of their lies and pumping the stock price. You have to have men who are immoral... and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial sociopathic management instincts to layoff, fire for RTO and ruin careers without feeling... without passion... without judgment... without judgment! Because it's our woke board of directors and their hand picked senior managers that defeats us.

I only read the first few fragmented sentences before I determined you can't comprehend the difference between rankings and ratings. And it's also proof that forced rankings don't work since I was fired a couple years ago and you are still an employee.
