Sub Pay Change?

Is it rumor or fact that the Sub pay policy is changing to disregard length of employment?

Best job hunting environment in four years. Almost tempted to come back for a few years cause of the Biden hyperinflation and stagnant stock market.

All the folks in India are being overworked, many hours above and beyond.

You're being used folks, cheap labor and hard working. Get the fu-k out and go elsewhere.

@ppg

Congratulations! You are a role model for successfully conducting a job search.

I’ve been trying to encourage lifers who are afraid to leave for years with little success.

@1jdw

They’re still paying you to work, correct? So what exactly is the complaint? Employment at the Bank is at will and you are free to leave. Why would you remain in a job that makes you miserable? It’s been a hot market and you can easily move for an inflation beating raise.

Nobody ever left this dump without finding a better situation.

So those of us they have deemed necessary to keep around get a cr-ppy sub package after doing a butt load of work to keep our departments functioning. Seems on par with how they do things here.

When is this announcement being made?

If true, why let anyone go 2nd half of this year? They found a heart?

I heard that SUB is going to the traditional two weeks of pay for financial services.

Every layoff round people share sub change and for last 15 years it has never happened. THE PEOPLE THAT POST FALSE RUMORS ON HERE HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN HE-L WAITING FOR THEM. This place is stressful enough to add more bs on top

This has been rumored for a long, long time.

The way RV is running the company (into the ground) it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.

It’s not a rumor. They are changing the policy to a flat base starting in 2025. It will no longer be 2 weeks for every year of service. It will be a flat 8 weeks and that’s it. Doesn’t matter if you’ve served 1 year or 30 years.
