Anyone know how LA, Corp Trust is looking?

While a principle place of business is required for the company on LA, they can reduce the size of the office to a very small number. The location no longer has an Accounting Department in LA……moved that many years ago. Other areas could follow.

Not intended to be a warning, but know that they can get by with just a few people there.

Which places are considered the growth centers? Or is it called BNY India now

Los Angeles corporate trust office is one of the safest there is because it is designated as the primary office of the NA with the OCC. This can’t be changed unless the company reapplies to be an NA, which would be a huge undertaking and BNY is too cheap to consider. Thus, the LA office is safe.

Not good since it’s not a growth center. The clock must be ticking but no idea when they’d look to close it up.
