@1uoc Allow me to elaborate for OP. Similarly we too have a strict RTO mandate, however, there is a large population of senior people here that don’t even live near an office and are exempt. So it seems the companies are biased regarding who is allowed to work remotely. Expand your organizational chart and look where people are based out of, you’ll likely start seeing this as you go up the chain.
