Gave everyone high marks! Could care less but would rather rate the execs as they are garbage humans!
I agree with everyone here. And anyone I have talked to about this has said essentially the same thing (except for maybe a couple managers who long ago drank the Kool-Aid.) It's utter nonsense. Just give everyone the highest rating and move on.
Yea why waste time on it - rate everyone top marks quick and easy nothing will be questioned! Why do you care - if you have 20 people to rate you probably have to force rate someone underperforming anyway! - Have fun!!
Everyone got top marks from me, even the people in India that i've barely spoken or had any interaction with.
It took me 10 mins max to complete 14 feedback requests.

I just gave everyone the highest rating and moved on. Why would I care how everyone who aren’t my direct reports performing? We all work for the same sh-t company?!!! Plus wasn’t it was due by yesterday, so it’s closed isn’t it?
