I think doing this is so wrong. It is not accurate.In my group nobody likes each other. I see co workers putting others down just to look good. So so so wrong
Shocked teammates giving bad ratings to make themselves look good. I now feel foolish as rated everyone 5.

I just realized that the 1s and 5s are the scale. You have to click to get the rating. I was so worried about what I'd find that I wasn't thinking about what a stupid interface it is.
Same I got 5 always and 1 never for all categories. Maybe it’s bugged
i also got that - 5 always, 1 never - for every category. I was like, who hates me that much? I also only got three comments. I thought comments were mandatory.
In every single category it says
5 Always
1 never
Does this mean one person voted me for never for every single category lol
