This new feedback system is automatically selecting people to give me feedback. Some of whom I rarely interact with in my role. Wouldn’t it make sense to choose people that we regularly collaborate with to make feedback more effective? Is there any way to cancel some of those requests?

I just gave feedback this morning, and gave whatever the highest rating was for every question to everyone who asked for feedback. What a total waste of time.
The newly appointed head of HR must be re-reading one of their text books from their freshman year at community college.
@ffl - I could only add 2 optional people at the bottom. There was no where else to add anyone on mine. I was forced to pick from the list shown which were people I don’t interact with
For a place that bloviates on and on about roles and responsibilities, stake holders and applicable owners, this flies in the face of that. It’s nonsense that simply creates an opening for overblown bad ratings to justify removals. It’s more failure and numbskull persistence of the potted meat brains in HR.
The system makes no sense. Who would pick people who would give a bad review? The questions themselves often don’t apply to people you work with. And the fact that it selects randos makes less sense.
@ffl There wasn’t ample time. It was taken down for repairs and then put back up and closed before I even returned from vacation. This system is flawed. It’s not fair that everyone could pick their raters, and I wasn’t given that opportunity.
I get all of your frustrations, really I do. And the last thing I would do is stick up for yet another survey, especially not this latest ‘BNY feedback project’ … but like y’all had AMPLE time to select people you would prefer to receive feedback from.
Yes even when I took the option to select people, I felt like I could only pick 7 people that actually make sense…. but to not pick anyone then complain about it is CRAZY hahaha
This is the d-mbest sh-t ever. They seriously need to find something better to do with their time because i have too much to do now , we’re short staffed and dont give a sh-t to give feedback to randoms
I knew 3 people on mine. The rest were people I’ve never talked to. I assume they will just click the button that says they don’t interact with me or something. Nothing like having someone you’ve never talked to rate you lol
