Honestly that’s really a good suggestion.
Try to adopt a Boomer attitude (workaholic) and deliver major projects.
Any go getter millennials who try this will be greatly rewarded.
A solid Attitude with a happy work ethic always results in an insurmountably great employee. There is so little competition these days that any one millennial can literally write his own ticket to the top.
Just understand that our incompetent senior management loves to use corporate lingo and buzz words to make themselves sound like they know what they're talking about or know what they're doing. You'll even see their low IQ kiss-a-s lackies just repeat whatever their corporate masters say like mindless parrots. This is the environment you foster when you have lazy unaccountable unimaginative management!
What we really need to do is peal back and add some color to the platform if we have any hope for organic collaboration.
Own it. Fail and get fired.
Don't forget about OPPORTUNITY !!!!!
You can all collaborate with my complete disregard for any semblance of professionalism or loyalty.
We need to be in the office to collaborate with people in a different office half way across the globe. It's not possible to collaborate from home on the same teams calls.

gosh, they really do think Agile is going to solve C-class and MD class executives' ineffectiveness and incompetence. How about an agile goal for them to increase revenue. Take a look at their paychex, ... thats how much each of em need to increase revenue by. We only hear about expense reduction coz that's an easy thing to do, whats the plan to increase revenue, and if you can't what's the staff reduction plan for their group. its a dog and pony show all the way.
Im sick of the d-mb a-s word “agile”. These mo--ns just say it to say it. They dont even know what many of us do so . So using the excuse people need to be in office to collaborate makes no sense when most people you deal with are in different locations . And they need to learn the processes cause “agile” doesnt work im all or their meaning anyway. And this new platform doesnt work and is making one he-l of a mess

There is an option to change wallpaper by command, I actually had it changed to windows wallpaper, but I dont remember how to do it.
Right! And Client Obsessed. BNY surely knows how to create a toxic environment and brag about it! And I keep trying to change my computer’s background so I don’t have to look at it, and it keeps changing back to those d-mb principles.
