Westborough QC was notified the department was being "migrated" to India 1st Q. They are being trained now, with a very aggressive time line. There is no specific date. This impacts the entire team of 9.
It won’t be early in January I think it will be towards the end of the month. There will be a lot by end of first quarter.
Had a townhall today, and all they talked about was "Operational Efficiency" for 2025. That's a fancy way of saying mass layoffs are coming next year.
