Yes the head of comp should go too. Ms. Gigglesworth. Ask her a question and she giggles while she's responding. She thinks she's smarter than everyone else in the room.

Sorry to hear about the additional layoffs. I worked at MOA for decades during which we were proud of growing assets and never having layoffs. I sincerely hope those affected find new employment with firms that are more responsible in managing their business.

All Vice Presidents and officers should take a 25% pay cut. Start there. Then you would see who is really dedicated to the company or just posting continuous on Linked daily like the CHRO and other officers do on company time daily.

I would also add the Head of Compensation to that list, they can make over 500k total comp to help justify overpayment the top and underpay the others.....terrific HR team....more like HA team
