Can we get a CEO who can think beyond the next quarter?

@lxx+1vsu6AYq - you cant call fixing their nonstop mistakes “out worked “. If thats the case then the US beat them by far for having to clean up all their damn mistakes and “out working” far more thats for sure
The last couple of years have completely ruined employee morale and eroded trust in senior management to the point of no return. It’s a damn shame. I predict that platforms and offshoring will fail miserably. Clients will leave along with seasoned employees who actually know how to take care of clients and get things done correctly and efficiently. Investors see the rise in stock price and think we’re doing great. They’ll all be shocked in a year or two asking what the heck happened to the clients and why doesn’t anyone want to work here? I sincerely hope I’m wrong. Maybe so. Probably not.
the platform model has failed at every bank, latest example TD. JPM as well, they brought back the PM role cause they realized how important they were.
BNY is the next victim but the CEO will be gone by the time that happens
@kjq+1vsu6AYq The only reason India might be outworking us is because that’s where all the staff is located. Are you a d-mb d-mb? There’s entire teams of people in India, and the US groups shrunk down to next to nothing. But don’t be fooled. Those entire groups of people in India still need instructions from their US counterparts for everything. They can’t function without constant guidance. Their managers only function as babysitters. They refuse to get involved. Can’t wait to see how many more issues arise after BNY cuts more US workers and lose the knowledge base.
lxx+1vsu6AYq… heh heh heh.. has anyone ever told you that anytime you need to whine and yelp out ‘racism’ you are pathetic? Heh heh you really are impotent and useless! The offshore team cannot breath without US and EMEA telling them how!

They are as helpless, chaperoned and handheld as you are useless…. And you are pointless and impotent.
Strategy?? What strategy.. these shitheads can’t move a finger without approval from McKinsy…
And yet the “simpletons” out think and out work you, and don’t spend all day on this board from work.
To state the obvious our India and Poland resources outwork our entitled Americans by a large gap. Take off your racist blinders.
Lack of strategy says the University of Phoenix graduate…
Are people really so disengaged that they are unaware that India and Poland workers are out working U.S. workers at far lower cost?
Our India resources are engaged and effective and seriously outwork Americans. A lot of people seem to expect a nice paycheck without working for it.
I’ve never yet experienced an India worker that rejected coming to work.
Why? Nothing matters beyond more money right NOW! Tomorrow is someone else's problem.
What do you mean lack of strategy???
Our woke board is all in on the CEO and current strategy. That strategy is: go cheap and ‘simpleton’ in India and then it’s medical experiments and the glue factory for everyone else.
