Tellers are treated the worst! They don't care about them, they treat them like crap and tell them they are stupid. Regional managers treat them the worst. There is one manager in the RVA area that is the worst. She threat people like crap at her branch, then was promoted to regional and treats others like crap. She has yelled at employees while customers where watching. BUT... they continue to keep her even though numerous people have quit and told HR about her and her actions. This only shows the bank likes this type of management. Why in the world would you treat the people that bring you business like shit since it will only rub off on they way they deal with the customers. SUCH BS!
