Is anyone else having upper management visit today? We do and it just so happens that texas has pending warn notices with a scheduled due date of 4/13 and 4/15. Last two layoffs that our office has been thru upper management always comes in for a meeting and after lunch that they then they announce layoffs. Just curious any other offices have upper management visiting today?

Management flew into Plano this week. Tomorrow is Wednesday.
The WARN notice does not have any dates of 3/10 or 5/9 on there for Fort Worth. And then another comment says you get a notice 60 days... The ones I know that got laid off on 3/10 got no notice. They came in that morning and were told.

Greensboro lost 9 managers on Wednesday. That was half the management staff in our department.
The Texas warn notice for the layoff date you indicated, should have been given a 60 days notice mid Feb.

We do not have management visiting however our department rumor is that weven will get redeployed to a lower band :/
