US Steel has basically old wore out plants. They did not technologies when others were. They are a stubborn hard-headed bunch that believe their way is the only way.
Now their excuse is foreign cheap competition. True too an extant.
I live in Pittsburgh and have always admired USS, But they have too modernize or get out of the tubular markets.
I know USS can do it; but using employees as a scape goat is not the answer.
