There's a rumor the Beach St site may be closing, why would BAC close a site at a building they own outright (Thank you Countrywide) but keep a dump like the Amon Carter site open (a building they lease from American Airlines). Here's a bright idea, you have a nicer building that you own and is mostly empty, move the staff from Amon 15 miles down the road to Beach and then end the lease on the Amon building. My guess would be several million dollars saved right there.

Yes and now it's a rumor that the cafe will close also.
Amon site has a massive vault. Likely won't go away anytime soon.
Nothing BAC does make sense so I wouldn't be surprised.
