Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Bank of America violated the law protecting service members (Will you be denied your pension as an employee?)

Bank of America fined $30M by US for debt collection from military customers for credit cards.

The regulators say the bank violated the law protecting service members by taking improper legal action against military customers for delinquent credit card accounts and overdrafts. The improper practices occurred from January 2006 to the present.

YUUUP! I would guess at the time corporate security was busy concentration efforts on attempting to find any reasons to fire other bank employees. All this information history is like reading about ENRON. Who would invest in this leadership??????

I am sure old records would show the manager eliminated the employees who were an educated threat to his or her position and the manager hired in new inexperienced people. Could be cost savings head count replacement. In either case we can see incompetent people over and over again. Ask forgiveness seems to always be the dodging tactic when they get caught (claim no responsibility as usual).
