Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

How is Outsourcing working out for your department or location?

Just curious. It's a huge debacle for us.

Trolls lack understanding of this topic. They will not respond with a proper answer to a proper question.Besides it's kool-aid not cool-aid.

All companies are run for personal gain unless there is check and balances in place. This bank is being allowed to run for personal gain. If it looks good on paper bonuses will be given but real world scenario dictates outsourcing causes headaches. Out sourcing reduces responsibility and increases bonuses if pushed to a third party. Bottom line the accountants show savings on paper. We know the executives of the company will definitely make great bonus returns on outsourcing (stock holders not so much of a return on investment).

Most dummies praise our CEO when working here but then found you were really part of the "Outsourcing your own department plan". Do we have anymore cost cutting ideas? Did you really think you were going to retire from the bank? (News flash- the days of retiring from this bank are over people!). Do you really think people will forget the disservice you played on people when you are also laid off. Rate your managers now on the internet.

I do not think there is a single example of "outsourcing not going bad'
