I am a mywork employee in Dallas (mortgage servicing side) and received news that i'm being let go next week. Apparently there is a big push to get people off mywork and back into the office. i have been on the program over 7 years and am an Exceeds expectation employee. Dont think there is any magic formula by HR to determine who goes and who stays. i really hope the severance package is adequate.

Many of us 'near' Charlotte are losing Mywork. Still have jobs as long as you don't mind driving 100 miles a day. Effectively a 10% pay cut. Supposedly for "collaborative" reasons but I'm not going to even be in the same building as my organization. Everyone I deal with is in another city anyway. So I'll commute 3 hrs to get on the phone and take up expensive space. Really makes sense.
@Anonymous138484 - that's what I thought too. The poster did not read the original message

He was let go... not asked to go back into the office...
Welcome to the office like the rest of us who have to drive to and from work. My commute is not short either.
Yet another example of continual efforts to make BAC the best place to work
