Increasing frustration with the muddled nature of our democracy seems to be leading more and more Indians and Bank of America to secretly envy the benevolent dictatorship at work in China.

I do not think anyone is surprised here - they would send every single job to India if they could
The entire bank operations will eventually be run from India.
Most places pretend they are being run for stockholders but the decisions are made for CEO and Executive bonus and retirement money. Something to think about for the next stock holders meeting.
