Anyone know if the Charlette headquarter will be closing? What about the New York office?

Probably something like when you buy stock in mcdonalds you try to eat there all the time. BAC probably has large position in india tech stocks and/or are pushing it to their wealth clients so throw as much business as they can

Bank of America, which is one of the biggest technology customers of India's $146-billion IT industry, is now again handing out business worth over $300 million to India's second largest software exporter Infosys why not just cut the cord already and move to India.

They are not just pissed off by BoA closing off branches to cut costs. They are also pissed off by BoA shipping a lot of jobs to India, firing off American workers, while its exec's continue to get a pay raise and big bonus. They are pissed off by under-qualified (sometimes with fake degrees) foreign CTO instrumenting firing American workers all in the names of 'saving money'. They are pissed of by senior exec's not being held to the same standard rank-and-file employees being held to. They are pissed off by the fact the senior exec's still get to keep their jobs even though they had violated the same GIS policy, e-mail policy or electronics communication policy ordinary employees had been fired for. They are pissed off by HR keep siding with managers and senior execs.

@Anonymous116887 - what a stupid article. Dick Bove is a clown. "BAC doesn't want the deposits" - that ranks up there on the stupidity scale with most of the comments on this forum. BAC will open branches where opportunities make sense to do so and close them where they don't. Don't agree with quite a bit of their strategy and actions but doesn't mean all BS is therefore true.

Sounds about right all the hum around the office Seems like people are afraid to talk to each other in fear that if you dont agree with someone you will be nexted on chopping block.what once was a good place to work have become a dreadful place to work.why keep the company in charlotte if they are just going to outsource every job opening.Think ill contact the Governor and question him.
