"I love seeing my President in flip flops and my VP in Compression performance wear!" And this is the reason they are the best? About time you got your head checked out. Everything is wrong with your sentence.

This region is obsessed with making numbers and looking good on the books and they will do anything to achieve that at the expense of anything. The 2 safety guys now want to have 2 hours meaningless conference calls per month. Break down of time -30 minutes check in, preaching by "A", preaching by "B" 30, self praises and appreciations 30 minutes and life goes on in the sunshine state.

@sept-

At my store, around the time of the recession a bunch of people who had open or excessive accident records started getting fired for minor offenses or pushed into roles or schedules they hated to force them to quit. Never mind that some of these people could barely walk after injuries suffered on the job. They have no problem legally breaking the law, so to speak.

Store locations were chosen either way too close to each other or five states away in small cities far from our existing talent pool and very far from distribution centers. They were trying to "prove" to investors that they could be nationwide and that they could grow to 1,200 stores. That's how we ended up in fundamentalist hick towns where the main diet is grape soda and pork rinds. Perhaps we could offer "Step 5" pork rinds? At least, until PETA goes undercover and finds out that what was Step 5 in 2009 has possibly deteriorated to Step 1.

A NORMAL person can never leave the severance money from Santa on the table. Leave it at own risk. This is just a grocery store and not NASA. Take the money and go across the street and start working for TJ'S.

Do they even plan? If they did, they would never have built the one in Tallahassee. What a joke!

that store is one of the dogs in the florida region...really should have been closed a long time ago before they glutted out the broward county..they built that store down the street from regional and it is very underwhelming in the sales levels...great planning regional...
