How do worthless maxed out team leaders still have jobs?

If you're going to trim the fat, trim the fat. My team leader has 3 atls and it takes two of them 16 hours to produce a schedule that a computer generates. Seriously kronos makes it then they spend 2 shifts editing it so they get there set schedules and the chosen favs get what they want too. Then every tuesday all 4 of them go to a one hour leadership meeting and spend the rest of the shift recapping the meeting...why do you need to recap you were all in the fing meeting. Plus the first few hours of every day are spent catching up on emails. Then you see that these 4 fers got so much o.t. that no one will be getting gainsharing. Please layoff shitty leadership with poor time management skills. I am sick of having no work life balance while these f***s work only mornings and one weekend day a weekend day every week.

Team leaders are privileged, lazy, garbage that couldn't make it day to day as a team member. They were given their positions for kissing ass, and blaming team members for their mistakes.

Yeah- typical maxed out TM banter- did you know in some regions the TM cap is only 1 dollar an hour less than the ATL cap?

With PBS gone TLs have it much worse than you'd think- and no- Kronos doesn't "create" a schedule - team members have needs and scheduling restrictions- stores and teams have varied operational needs. Some TLs are loaves but some are dedicated to making sure their teams are happy and profitable.

If you're not happy with your atl or TL - quit and go somewhere else.

They get maxxed out and just get comfortable and lazy. .. then we are supposed to feel sorry because you have family? Well this Is a f***ing job that requires hard work, if you're not up for the challenge then get to sreppin'... you should be layer off for screwing the company over after all these years.

Team leaders by a large majority do not do shit. They enjoy sitting on their asses while their team runs ragged. Its pitiful
