So I'm looking at the form 10-K for WFM for 2014, and saw something interesting under 'Unresolved Staff Comments'. Here's the link. http://assets.wholefoodsmarket.com/www/company-info/investor-relations/annual-reports/2014-WFM-10K.pdf If you scroll down to section 1B (page 14 of the document), it says 'Not Applicable'. That's all. Can anyone in finance or economics explain why this wasn't disclosed? Or why this was a heading in the financial statements? Thank you for any insight.

From time to time "SEC" Division of Corporation Finance can send letters to the company with specific questions on unresolved issues/concerns. In this case, there was no letters received that required any answers from our great company. "Staff refers to 'SEC' staff"
