Understaffed in every department. Over worked TMs can't give the same service customers have come to expect from us. We continue to charge the Whole Foods premium prices while offering a Walmart level of service. This company is f---ed get out while you can.

All these part timers that they have hired with no training, can't find anything. Customers are irate about the lack of customer service, and the fact that we only have two people scheduled to cover the entire grocery dept. for hours at a time. Meanwhile our team leader doesn't feel it's necessary for him to even bother showing up to work. What a freakin circus this company is, and sadly it's been run this badly for years.

Im hearing tons of complaints on the front end..people cant get help in aisles or the new people dont know anything..and then to have to wait in LINES!!!!! God forbid the rich wait in line..
