My TL writes the schedule, puts himself on it, and just comes in as though there is no schedule. I'm not kidding. Other people are chronically late, and he can't write them up because he's in the same boat. It's pretty embarrassing.
TL let go..fired. now I'm doing the work that 5 people used to do...tl..atl..purchasing for 4 subteams..

@EHGWYou-1rpj I don't know if we have the same TL, but that is exactly my experience as well. Unbelievably arrogant, passive aggressive, incompetent, runs his mouth about every team member, just an all around scum bag. But then again, the Whole prefers this kind of management.

I'd love to go first. TL...lazy as you know what...schedules given...if u ask...on Sunday nite for the next monday. Never sends back stuff that we could have gotten credit for....don't count inventory correctly. ..Always late..leaves early..falsified time sheets...gossips all day long...disappears to gossip with other team members. Hates our vendors. Except one..cause they are sending him free products. Just a start....I can't believe they won't let that TL go.
There are definitely some comments on here that come from the management(i refuse to call you "leaders) and regional cheerleaders..i think it really hurts when ya start talking about specific stores or comp. And sales figures...lol
I agree. They have no way of retaliating against us, and I know it's making them crazy. It's hitting the fan keep up the pressure!
