At least we all agree that management is (at least called) management and not leadership.
There is no fear from management.Why should there be.Fear of a bunch of anonymous bitter people who refuse to move on but love WFM on their resume.Cannot have it both ways folks!WFM will survive without any of us .Funny how things were cool until the layoffs.Lots if people get laid off with no severance. Many long termers are being paid nearly a years salary and are able to get jobs elsewhere. Better than most companies.I took my severance and ran.Enjoying my time off.You should too.
I see the panic in their faces everyday. Management is treated like a God, they never bothered to actually do a thing. They probably couldn't even find the peanut butter if a customer inquired. It's time to get real. Why are they being paid obscene amounts of money for? To teach unconscious captilalism classes? Who thought it was a smart idea to prop these people up like they could do no wrong, and then maliciously abuse the very people that are responsible for the day to day success of the business. What a freaking joke!
They know that the end is here. It's over.
They will simply bring in cheaper people who had no idea what it was like before. We all are/were a number.
Why would management be in terror? People need jobs and we can all be replaced.Don't kid yourself.Nobody is in panic mode and hardly in fear. Fool!
