The bakery department is an absolute joke. They don't bake anything.
Our bakery freezes the dang bread, then sells it as 'fresh'. Bunch of bull. We don't have labor hours to do a bake-off every day, is the reason (excuse). We should make the bakery into a self-serve department, cutting retail people and allocating those hours to having an actual bake-off everyday. It's going in that direction anyway.
They ought to just eliminate the entire bakery team, anyway. Talk about waste...

MA store here. Our PFDS TL has made us aware a few months ago that there will only be 6 PFDS sups starting next year. So it is expected to shrink further?
