I was let go, there was 3 of us from my group that were laid off today. We kind of had an idea it was coming but I was not expecting that they will lay us off just before the holiday. It sucks, but I'll pick up the pieces and figure out something, it seems that most companies in our industry are laying people off and it may be a bit difficult to find work

ECCR just sucks all the way around. Letting go of good people and hiring people that don't know squat to replace. ECCR plays favoritism, especially in CA. If you work in CA then you are good but if not then watch out. Midge Campbell-Thomas is trying to move all of ECCR to CA. Better be one of her favorites or her cronies or you will get canned. Watch out if you don't work in mortgage. They don't like any other line of business. It's an EMBARASSMENT to work for Bank of America anymore. Way to go Midge Campbell-Thomas and Brian Moynihan. Way to go to running Bank of America into the ground.
