You are not necessarily on the hook --- but if the work your team does is "expendable" these roles are targeted: Business Management, Project Management, Program Management. Additionally, if your work can be automated (within 6 months to 1 year).....they will take the 'hit' and eliminate your team before the technology is put in place to eliminate you. Is there positive revenue being generated in the business you are in (or support).

Some other issue: MYWORK, you're gone, regardless of your Exceeds ratings; If you are in New York....you're gone unless you move; CLT, Texas or Richmond and you might have an edge. And of course, if people on your team have diversity labels (POC / FEM) in the HRIR system, you might have a saving grace because Cathy is still focused on workforce diversity.

If the next manager clearly intimidates you by standing over your shoulder while you are not looking. Breaks into your filing cabinets. Misleads you into wrong. Attempts to reword your good actions behind your back. Micromanages your work in attempt to find mistakes. This means your last manager wanted you gone and this manager wants you gone. Find another co-worker willing to partner with you as your eyes and ears (mutually beneficial). Follow your manger when you have time to see where they go and what they are doing. Intelligence works in both directions and this bank loves to mislead and play war games internally against employees. If you post out then you are on the list to be eliminated opposite of what they tell you. We had manager’s also partnering (favoritism) with co-workers to help them eliminate head count. Poor treatment of employees creates unions. This bank needs a Union!

The bank believe Unions create anarchy but did you know Jesus was considered an anarchist in his time and the world became a better place.

Let us not forget cheap labor might be the new "good employee" worker bee model. Are you just making ends meet and living in a crappy apartment. Think you have a real job. Good Luck with the happy thoughts.

I firmly disagree with the childish comment. “Worker bees” is an executive term to belittle people and could be used as a replacement word as slave. Being this bank is based in the south this sounds about what under educated people would use to help boost their self-confidence.

It is also very subjective if you are a good employee or not. As we have seen on these posts about lying to customers and playing games with the issuance of loans combined with work ethics not to mention the amount of lawsuits lost. If I were to compare my reviews where one manager praised me for the same characteristics the next manager condemned me for. It is all about if you go with the flow against the Boy Scout, Girl Scout and church teachings. The current evil of

Discrimination is if your skin color and if your managers underhanded ideals match your biased beliefs. If you are a model employee as you boasted about then you may be hooked up with the evil side and your knees and lips must be chapped. You are doing a good job screwing everyone. You have earned your seat in hell. There is no such word as a "good employee" under this bank.

Of course your next. The new manager will take on the responsibility but only for the short duration of repurposing your jobs to other entities or merging with another group. Good luck.

No in my experience the worker bees get to stay and another manager takes on the extra responsibility. Good luck.
