Our internal network was down. Head of department talked to all managers. Managers spread the gospel message that we were still responsible to get our work completed or we would pay the consequences. Mangers told everyone to download the work to our computers. Move data though emails if possible. This is against policy but the law is the law and deadlines exist (data was not of utter importance and had no identifiers to be used in a negative manner). Bank of America security went back months to find information to eliminate employees (Based on pure political rules with no rationality). Great games these departments play.

The entire system right, wrong and a simple quarter end review is all out of alignment and falsely misrepresented without holding to ethics and common sense. This bank was the contributor to the housing collapse and it is not a surprise they have destroyed the Human Resource structure, job hiring and retention structure for everyone. What’s that, everyone does it, yes the entire system is all messed up for everyone. Let us teach our children how to lie in school to keep up with the system.
I had a manger told to make life challenging on employees beyond normal. This would help shake loose people from the department. The manager purposely left out notebook and wrote false information against people knowing this would be seen and rumored through the department to create hazing among employees.
It is called corporate terrorism !

What happens after the managers tactics go too far and they are fired or leave based on upper management persuasion. Does this not mean we are vindicated on paper about all the lies and con job we received or does the slander continue by HR? Interesting how this vindictive Bank of America game works. Even being laid off means you have a black eye. Actions speak louder than words Ah.
