We are in the same boat at our store in the south. I'm in grocery and after the food fight we received so many time consuming things like coffee. Lost 2 buyers during restructuring and lost labor and now we have no time to do anything. Negative comps everywhere. We get battered by store leadership about store conditions all the time. I'm so stressed out everyday I go in.

I guess the layoffs did'nt help the company. In the long run has hurt WF. Invest in your TM's. They are the ones that increase sales. It's that simple.

No one is going to help!!!! Just do the best you can while you look for another job WF doesn't care and if you work your self to death they won't give a damn! I don't say this to be mean it's just that it's time for you and all of us to get our ducks in a row and get out of this company!!!

Exactly. If we don't take care of our customers someone else will. We just don't have the man power. There are times when there is no one in Grocery. I mean not One person. This is a Grocery store, and there is not a single person working in Grocery. Come on People.

You know what they say, if we don't take care of the customers, the competition will. The teams at TJs, Sprouts, Wegman's, Fairway, Publix and even Amazon and Vitacost are helping our customers quite nicely. Gotta go to Kroger for some Simple Truth organics. Love those products. Also they have all those great products that were kicked out of our stores and I even save on gas and Tide. Plus they're two blocks from here instead of in the next town. I'll have to miss out on changing the world.

Have not even seen the worst of it yet. Once holidays are officially over and get closer to summer sales slump things should get very interesting. This company is so mismanaged despite and sales growth overhead and exspenses are out of control. Not to mention company culture is dead!!! Let the competition crush us!!!!
