From what I understand is certain regions run on different labor operating budgets. All regions were told a while back (remember labor visioning survey) that they had bring their operating budgets down to reach a lower level. Some regions need to shave more labor than others. Someone tell me if thats not true
It seems odd that a few regions are having so many cuts projected and others are saying that no more lay offs are expected in this 2016 fiscal year. Any thoughts?

I know from my team leader meetings. There are more phases to the restructure. Whoever was at the MARS meetings knows whats up. I know for a fact STLs and regional people read these boards so Im not getting anymore specific.

Can you specify how you obtained this information? Otherwise it is hearsay and kind of irrelevant. Or are you speculating? It is OK to speculate if it generates conversation surrounding facts, but yeah otherwise it's only serving to raise our blood pressure.
fewer supervisors and ATLs. No more teams with two atls except grocery and customer service is what I was told. What else?
